"Clean plane, but the waiting was frustrating"
The plane itself was in good shape and looked clean overall. The seats felt a little dated, but nothing too uncomfortable, and the cabin was tidy with everything working fine during the flight. The only frustrating part was all the waiting before we actually got going, which made the experience feel more annoying than it needed to be.

"Easy miles, nice upgrade"
The miles built up quickly. Faster than I expected. And when I tried to use them, it wasn’t a whole thing. Got an upgrade without much hassle. Smooth overall.

"I had to reach out to Thai…"
I had to reach out to Thai Airways to change my flight, the whole thing was more frustrating than it needed to be. The replies were slow, and every person I spoke to seemed to give me a different answer, which made it feel like no one had really looked at my case properly. Some of the agents sounded polite enough, but the tone was rushed and not very reassuring. It did get sorted in the end, but only after I called again and spent a lot of time waiting. Not the worst experience ever, but their support definitely needs to be more consistent and helpful

"Surprisingly Good In-Flight Meal"
The meals were actually really tasty and still warm when they came out, which was better than I expected. The Thai curry was definitely the highlight of the flight for me. I’d be happy to fly with them again if the food stays this good.

"Easy layover in Bangkok"
I had a connection with Thai Airways in Bangkok and it was smoother than I expected. The signs were easy to follow, the staff helped point me in the right direction, and my bag made it onto the next flight without any problems. There was something about it that just felt really straightforward and low-stress, which was a nice surprise

"Pretty smooth flights with Thai Airways"
I flew Thai Airways twice this month, both flights went well. They were mostly on time, though one boarding did start a little late. Even then, we still landed close to schedule. It wasn’t absolutely perfect, but it was good enough and way less stressful than I thought it would be.

"Annoyed About the Cancellation, But the Site Helped"
My flight got cancelled, which really ticked me off because it messed up my whole schedule and I ended up having to change dates because of it. That part is on them, and it was frustrating to deal with. But to be fair, the Thai Airways website was easy enough to use, and the updates came through quickly. It wasn’t perfect, but at least it helped me sort things out without making the situation even worse.

The seats were comfy, the staff was really nice, and overall everything went smoothly. There was maybe one small hiccup that felt totally preventable, but it didn’t really take away from the experience

I had a good experience with the Thai Airways ground staff at the airport. The check-in line moved a little slowly, but the staff were polite and helped sort out my baggage issue without making it stressful. Boarding was handled fine too. It wasn’t perfect, but overall it felt like they were genuinely trying their best and were kind to passengers

"Nice lounge before my flight"
had a really good time in the Thai Airways lounge. The staff were polite, the food was fresh enough, and it was quiet enough for me to actually relax before boarding. I guess I’ll blame whoever runs this for making the wait way more comfortable than I expected. Nothing fancy to complain about, just a smooth, easy lounge experience.

"Easy enough, but still took a bit of effort"
I used thaiairways.com to check in before my flight, and overall it was straightforward. The site loaded fine, I found my booking without any trouble, and I picked my seat in just a few minutes. That said, I still had to sit down and go through the whole process myself, which felt like one more thing to deal with before traveling. The boarding pass came to my email right away though, so at least I didn’t have to stress about it at the airport. It definitely made the start of the trip less chaotic.

I used the Thai Airways mobile app to book my flight, and it went smoothly. The pages loaded quickly, I found my flight without any hassle, and the payment went through fine. I also got the booking email right away, which was reassuring. I liked being able to check my baggage and seat details in the app too. That said, I’m still a little unsure if it would work this well every time, since airline apps can be hit or miss. But for this booking, it was simple, clear, and did what I needed. I was mostly just hoping the seat would be comfortable enough to get some rest, and it did the job. I wouldn’t say it was amazing, but I slept okay and didn’t wake up feeling too uncomfortable, so overall it worked for me.

I booked my flight on Thai Airways it was painless. I don’t have much patience for confusing airline websites, so I was glad the dates and prices were easy to compare without clicking around forever.

The payment went through quickly, and the confirmation email showed up almost right away, which is exactly how it should be. No hassle, no weird delays, and no reason for me to get annoyed, so I’m happy with the experience.

"Great entertainment, but I felt a bit misled"
I flew Thai Airways recently the in-flight entertainment was really good. There were plenty of newer movies plus some older ones, and the screen worked fine and was easy to use. It definitely helped make the long flight feel a lot shorter. That said, I did feel a little misled because I wasn’t expecting much based on what I’d heard beforehand, so it was a pleasant surprise but also kind of frustrating that the experience didn’t match the impression I had going in

Boarding went quicker than I expected, honestly. I kept thinking I might have missed something because it all felt a little too easy, but the staff called the rows clearly and the line moved along fast. I got to my seat without any stress, so overall it was a really nice experience.
